Professional and disciplinary leadership of the design team

Planning, coordination and monitoring of construction projects

Responsibility for the timely implementation of projects in coordination with production, development and sales

Ensuring and further developing quality and design standards

Cooperation in the strategic development of the field of construction

Technical support and support for customer projects

Support and further development of employees in the team

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, engineering or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in construction, ideally with leadership experience

Very good knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)

Experience in project management and coordination of interfaces (production, development, purchasing, HR)

Leadership, organisational strength and enforcement

Team skills, communication strength and hands-on mentality

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
