Specialist Validation (w/m/d) Company: Aesculap AG Job location: Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Functional area: Quality Working model: Hybrid Requirement number: 12169 For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen site, we are looking for a validation specialist within our Quality Management Validation department (w/m/d).

As a validation specialist (w/m/d), you support the planning, testing and approval of process qualifications and validations In topics such as process qualification and process validation, you work together across disciplines The creation, testing and training of quality-relevant documents (such as validation plans, reports, processes) is your responsibility You are responsible for carrying out, coordinating and supporting the validation of the cleaning processes and for testing methods and coating processes You develop and optimize validation management including the associated processes (e.g. CNC) The cross-site processing of validation deviations is your responsibility You are contact persons for admissions, audits and deviations for internal departments (F&E, production etc.) and within the division in the subject area Your tasks include project management as well as internal and external audits in the theme area

You have a successfully completed study in the technical field or a comparable qualification You provide at least two years of relevant professional experience in the validation environment and are familiar with the planning, implementation and documentation of validations You have a sound understanding of quality management processes in a regulated environment (ideally medical technology) and can safely apply appropriate requirements We require knowledge of relevant regulations, e.g. ISO 13485 and ISO 14644, Project management experience you could already collect You communicate safely in German (C1) and English (B2) Personal competencies: You have a pronounced analytical ability and a systematic, structured way of working You work independently, convince by performance and achieve outstanding results You act quality-oriented and work with high care and precision You show empathy and interest in the motives of others and take their opinions and needs seriously You interact constructively, take responsibility and actively share your knowledge
