Purchasing and care of all commercial goods items in the Group procurement of raw materials (including scrap) and processing and coating services Creation and maintenance of specifications, articles and forecasts Price queries, comparisons, calculations (metal, processing, freight, packaging, customs) Creation, transmission and tracking of orders and framework contracts Collection of order confirmations, complaint processing and reminding Document verification, import processing and initiation of customs duties Tracking of deliveries and matching with system data If necessary: settlement in the customs procedure ‘passive refinement’ Monitoring of disposals (e.g. waste types, valuables) Responsibility for technical products in purchasing, including clarification of technical questions with suppliers and coordination with technology
