At the beginning you will get to know our diverse products as well as the associated manufacturing and production processes. Through the use in various departments, you will get comprehensive insights into the processes and relationships of our company. You combine technical expertise with economic thinking and develop a holistic understanding of industrial processes. From the start, you will be actively involved in operational projects and business processes and can bring your own ideas into play. You independently process practical tasks and develop concrete solutions for real challenges as part of project work and your Bachelor thesis. In the theoretical phases of your studies, you will also work with organization, business management and process management in addition to technical topics.
