Become part of the AWO family! For our day care center Ferdinand-Lassalle-Straße in Bremerhaven, we are looking for a dedicated educator (w/m/d) in full time (38,5 hours) until 31.07.2027. In an esteeming and collegial environment, it is possible to individually accompany children in their development, to promote their strengths and to actively shape everyday life.

That's the point: • Accompanying children in elementary education, care and education – in a safe and stimulating learning environment • Planning, implementation and reflection of educational offers based on the education plan (0–10 years) • Sensitive observation and valuable documentation of child development • Confidential cooperation in the team and a partnership exchange with parents and stakeholders • Active participation and further development of our educational concept in an open concept

We wish: • A completed training as a state-approved educator (w/m/d) • An appreciative, sensitive handling of nursery and kindergarten children • Ideally experience in working with parents and guardians • Pleasure of constructive teamwork and an open, collegial cooperation • The ability to work independently and responsibly
