Monitoring and control of our building engineering construction projects in compliance with the specifications and contracts, including technical and organizational processing Negotiations as well as solution and targeted communication with customers, suppliers and subcontractors as the first contact person on site Compliance with future, economic and qualitative project objectives according to the contractually owed services Construction Timetable, Auditing, Cost Control, Measurement and Billing Technical management of RGS assembly personnel and subcontractors with monitoring compliance with all applicable regulations (e.g. occupational safety, technical standards, guidelines and quality standards (QM))

Dec. Technical or master training in a trade union of HKLS or a comparable qualification Ideally several years of practical experience and leadership skills Basic technical and business understanding Analytical thinking, structured work and team skills Safe handling of computers and office applications driving licence class B
