You do. Your tasks are versatile and very close to our tenants. You install heating, water and ventilation systems. You modernize existing systems and make them more energy-efficient. You carry out maintenance and repair damage. You are in use in new buildings, in renovations or directly in apartments. With us and at the vocational school you learn everything you need for this profession: Basics of sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK) Installation of drinking water and drainage systems Construction and optimization of heating and heat generation plants Working with modern, resource-saving technologies Energy efficiency, sustainability and work safety Through regular feedback and development talks, you will recognize your strengths and prepare your exams with our trainers. In block lessons, you immerse yourself in the field of supply technology in the Max-Traut School, deepen your already acquired knowledge and exchange with others.

More important than perfect previous knowledge are team spirit, respect and fun at work. Your craft skills and technical knowledge grow step by step in an environment that supports you and values your performance.
