IT Application Support Specialist - Focus on SAP HCM

You take care, administration and further development of our HR-related specialist applications and thus support the digitization and optimization of the personnel processes. You develop independently complex reports as well as forms and output documents in ABAP. Professional layouts are designed with Adobe Forms. You plan and accompany updates as well as release changes, analyze disruptions in ongoing operation and ensure sustainable problem solutions. You advise the specialist areas in the optimization and redesign of processes, analyze the resulting requirements, evaluate their technical feasibility and implement them by customizing as well as independent developments. You create and maintain technical documentation on developments, customizing settings and reports.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you will bring relevant training with several years of practical experience in customizing and in the care of application systems. You have practical experience in software development, web technologies, and well-founded knowledge in creating complex SQL database queries. ABAP identifiers are desirable, but no requirement. You possess broad IT skills as well as a strong technical understanding and a high problem solving competence. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the context of SAP HCM or comparable ERP systems. You work structured, independent and result-oriented and have a pronounced analytical ability to think. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1). Teamability, service orientation and clear and address-oriented communication skills complete your profile.
