Compliance Coordinator – Data Protection & Information Security full-time or part-time (m/f/d)

You take over the operational implementation and further development of our data protection and information security management system (including ISO 27001 and TISAX)

You are a key partner*in for internal stakeholders (including our subsidiaries and national companies) with compliance issues focusing on data protection and information security

You support the coordination and implementation of internal and external audits and the treatment of data protection and security incidents

You independently examine and negotiate contract processing contracts (AVVs) with customers and service providers and agree closely with the departments and our external data protection officer

You are involved in risk analysis and the development and implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures (including awareness measures and training concepts)

You follow regulatory developments in data protection and information security and assess their impact on our company

You first, check and consult policies, process directories and data protection related documentation

Optionally, you can also introduce yourself to topics related to governance, risk & compliance (GRC) and ESG.

You have completed a degree or a commercial training and have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of data protection, information security or compliance

You work structured, self-responsibility and think both processual and entrepreneurial

You have the pleasure of making complex facts understandable and communicating with different stakeholders

You bring very good knowledge of German and English – other languages are a plus

You are IT-affin and safe to use MS Office, Confluence, SharePoint and common collaboration tools
