The CFM junior team program consists of flexibly combinable modules in the field of corporate facility management and real estate and additional qualification measures that are adapted to your strengths. A station will be with one of our subsidiaries abroad. You run through about three to four areas with a duration of 12 to 18 months. Possible areas: CFM - Real Estate Project Management CFM - Sustainability CFM - Building operation The modular design ensures a multi-layered program in about three to four years. This allows you to know the overarching relationships and develop a company-wide network.

Graduate in a relevant field such as economic engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, civil engineering, building engineering, electrical engineering, facility management / real estate management First practical experience in the form of internships, work studies or training High commitment, desire to take responsibility and make decisions High level of flexibility with regard to stations and international operations Very good knowledge of German and English Experience abroad
