The core of your activity is the daily on-site support for end users (processing of incidents and service requests). You are responsible for the IMAC performances (“Install, Move, Add, Change”), i.e. for the installation (imaging and preparation of PCs or mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets), as well as for relocations to the campus, extensions and changes of end devices and software. Care for workplace and conference room technology is one of your tasks. You work with the Service Desk and Field Service. You can also use remote support, error analysis and documentation of all processes in Service Now. You care and use the knowledge database. In addition, you can participate in automation and the CVP (continuous improvement process). Last but not least, you actively control the IT terminal equipment store.

You have a sovereign, binding and solution-oriented appearance and a high customer-oriented communication competence. You bring engagement and a conceptually shaped way of thinking and action, working in a service-oriented and structured manner. You have a completed IT training or a comparable qualification. Good knowledge of ServiceNow and an ITIL Foundation certification are required. You could already gain experience in Site/Onsite support. You also have knowledge of common workplace environments, such as Microsoft applications and client peripherals. You are ready to work in day-to-day operations (Monday to Friday).
