The training/studies at the LernLab IT helps IT juniors in particular to face the new digital challenges and to develop sufficiently broad professional skills in IT and the methods to be applied.

They have successfully completed higher education (Diplom-FH, Bachelor) preferably with IT focus or a similar qualification (for example specialist) preferably in the IT focus with a multiannual professional experience in an IT-related area or have completed vocational training with IT focus with a multiannual professional experience in an IT-related area You have a current, multiannual professional experience in the theoretical and professional training of students and/or trainers as well as the coordination and organisation of training courses They have a high level of social competence and team orientation in the cooperation of all participants in the training and are interested in accompanying and promoting young people in their professional and personal development.
