Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a dedicated management personality as a restaurant manager (m/w/d) in an indefinite ceremony.

Our client is a modern, internationally oriented hotel with a central location in Munich. With several gastronomic outlets, an extensive range of events and a demanding group of guests, the house sets new standards in the areas of hospitality, cuisine and service quality.

In this responsible position, you take over the operational management of an established restaurant and, together with your team, ensure a smooth running from breakfast to evening business. You carry out your team in daily operation, develop existing structures and actively introduce their own ideas to optimize service, processes and guest experience.

Operational direction of the restaurant and ensuring a smooth run in the daily business from breakfast to evening service Leadership, deployment planning and further development of the service team as well as promoting a motivated and performance-oriented team culture Ensuring consistently high service quality and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction Responsibility for relevant economic indicators, in particular turnover, use of goods and personnel costs Close cooperation with kitchen, bar and hotel management for optimal coordination of all operational processes Implementation of existing food-&-beverage concepts and active development of the gastronomic offer Hands-on Working in Operational Service and Visible Presence as Leader in Day Business

Multiannual professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leading position with leadership responsibility experience in upscale restaurant concepts; Knowledge of Italian cuisine and gastronomy are advantageous Detectional ability to guide, motivate and develop employees in operational everyday life Structured and organized work and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations Good understanding of business relationships and relevant key figures in restaurant operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
