The Bundesbau One of the most exciting areas of work in the entire construction industry is Bundesbau. The Bundesbau in the BLB NRW is planning and building comparable to a large project management office, e.g. educational institutions and universities of applied sciences, administrative buildings, air-weapons, NATO airfields or special buildings of the federal police. As part of our team, you will develop state-of-the-art, exceptional and unique projects in NRW.

Support for small and large-scale projects with the entire range of civil engineering: groundwork for waste and disposal facilities, renewal of dirt and rainwater networks and supply channels of technical infrastructure, road and road construction and outdoor installations You carry out necessary procurement procedures for the selection of appropriate specialist firms and carry out expert advice and quality testing of contractors You independently control the performance phases 1 to 9 of HOAI for new construction, renovation and infrastructure measures You are regularly on site as a contact person, supervise the construction work and advise the contractors and users on project-specific questions, while the construction work is also on the construction site. This also includes voting with approval authorities and users. You work on various projects for the Federal Ministry of Defence in interdisciplinary construction project teams. You check and plausibility of commissioned services (active contract and claim management) You commission and accompany demolition and disposal concepts You commission and accompany the examination / rehabilitation services in the field of soil and groundwater protection, in particular with the topic of contamination processing on federal properties You work together with the groundwater and groundwater protection control centre You create technical documentation, opinions, reports and documentation and support the construction project controlling (for budget, deadline and quality risks)

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering or a comparable discipline or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and then an at least four-year-old (technical technician)/ five-year-old (master*in) relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by means of tools). Further requirements: Ideally, you will bring qualified knowledge to work with project communication systems and know the relevant building-relevant legal regulations You are routined in handling standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and open to the BLB-specific application of SAP as well as relevant project control/planning software Its distinct competence in controlling the cooperation of various stakeholders is just as important as your solution and target orientation, motivation, sense of responsibility and flexibility in dealing with changing framework conditions. You bring safe German knowledge, which at least correspond to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing), and are capable of leading a service car (guide certificate class B) You have the willingness to carry out a safety review ‘Ü 2’ under the Security Audit Act
