With your expertise, you as a Business Continuity Manager ensure that BImA remains operational even in emergency and crisis situations. Therefore, you are responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining a business continuity management. You develop organisational and service-law frameworks for emergency situations and define them bindingly. In this context, you define responsibilities and interfaces for the entire BImA in an emergency and crisis case. You evaluate technical measures for communication and accessibility and develop requirements for readiness to call and the formation of emergency teams. To further expand the company's resilience, prepare to conduct a business impact analysis. The planning of training of employees in crisis bars and exercises is also part of your area of responsibility. Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Diplom FH/Bachelor) with focus on areas such as risk assessment, emergency planning and crisis management, oriented to ISO 22301 or BSI 200‐4 standards, or a comparable qualification in combination with professional experience in the field of the enrolled job. Competences: You already have knowledge and experience in the introduction of an organization-wide business continuity management (BCM). You bring the willingness to an extended safety review according to § 9 SÜG (so-called Ü2). Knowledge of collective bargaining (TVöD) and civil rights are desirable. Knowledge of the conceptual implementation or implementation of a business impact analysis is desirable. Other: You have good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically.
