With your expertise, you as a Business Continuity Manager ensure that BImA remains operational even in emergency and crisis situations. Therefore, you are responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining a business continuity management. You develop organisational and service-law frameworks for emergency situations and define them bindingly. In this context, you define responsibilities and interfaces for the entire BImA in an emergency and crisis case. You evaluate technical measures for communication and accessibility and develop requirements for readiness to call and the formation of emergency teams.
