Account Manager (m/w/d) In order to strengthen and support our Compliance Officer, we are now looking for a dedicated Compliance Manager (m/w/d) with a legal background that helps our company to meet legal and regulatory requirements and to act sustainably responsibly.

As a Compliance Manager (m/w/d), You contribute to compliance with legal and internal requirements, risk mitigation and sustainable management by supporting our Compliance Officer. You implement and monitor our compliance strategies, policies and processes as well as their compliance You contribute to ensuring compliance with national and international legal requirements, in particular in the fields of economic law, competition law and anti-corruption. You promote exchange and cooperation with internal and external partners, in particular through the supervision of internal compliance controls and processes, the preparation of reports and the implementation of risk analyses You develop and coordinate digital and presence training and ensure their successful implementation You undertake commercial tasks such as the monitoring of contracts, cost management and audit to ensure efficient use of resources You coordinate relevant insurance issues, analyze risks and support the optimization of damage management processes You report to the Compliance Officer

Successfully completed studies preferably economic law, economics with a focus on economic law or a comparable qualification Experience in compliance, ideally in an international business environment Safe handling of office applications, SAP and modern IT tools as well as strong communication skills in German and English Excellent analytical skills and a high level of problem-solving competence Safe occurrence, enforcement and communication strength Discretion, sense of responsibility, team skills and a structured working method
