These are your tasks You research information-technically complex topics of contract medical billing, prepare them and support the team management and team You carry out internal and external training on computerised quarterly accounting and on issues related to telematics infrastructure (IT in medical practice) You participate in working groups and work on accounting projects with You are actively working on quality assurance of the results of the department billing with You develop the business processes in the KVH accounting context and communicate them internally, for example by creating process descriptions or mockups You provide 1st level support and advise members on issues related to the transmission of the quarterly accounts of psychotherapists and contract doctors You are responsible for ensuring the timely provision of the quarterly accounts of members in the accounting process You test the technical systems used and develop them further
