Your tasks – diverse and responsible: You guide and motivate our service team with joy and vision in daily operation Make sure our guests enjoy a warm, attentive and first-class service You promote your team through training and support personal development You pay attention to compliance with our quality and hygiene standards You plan service and holidays efficiently and fair You pack yourself and support your team in the operational business when it comes to You work closely with our kitchen line to continuously improve processes You enter professionally on guest feedback and use it as an opportunity for further development
