Employment type: Unlimited Working hours: Full-Time Joblocation: Renningen We are looking for an AI Feature Development Tech Lead for our Applied AI & Software Business. Within our team, we are pursuing a new systems engineering approach by combining Bosch's deep production knowledge with AI and software expertise to create unique industrial AI and software applications. As part of our team, you will drive the end‐to‐end lifecycle of AI feature, including elicitation, analysis, prioritization, specification, validation, and ongoing management. Your focus will be on the technical steering of AI feature development for cloud‐based industrial AI and software applications, with a particular emphasis on time‐series and tabular data. You will ensure on‐time, specification‐compliant, and high‐quality delivery of AI features in line with best‐practice development standards. You will drive innovation through a continuous AI feature pipeline, leveraging the latest research and technological advancements. Besides, you will provide technical guidance to the AI development team and foster knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. You will collaborate in international, interdisciplinary setting with experts across AI, software engineering, business, and domains. Last but not least, you are able to clearly communicate complex technical content to customers, technical and business stakeholders, as well as management.

Education: an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Experience and Knowledge: proven experience in delivering production‐grade AI features for cloud‐based industrial AI and software applications, with a strong focus on time‐series and tabular data profound knowledge of the research and technology landscape of AI for time series and tabular data, combined with excellent programming skills strong experience in building and leading AI development teams proven track record in driving innovation in the context of AI feature development and inspiring teams to contribute experience with cloud-based AI and software applications for manufacturing a plus

Personality and Working Practice: You bring extensive experience working in international, interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate strong communication skills Languages: fluent English skills written and spoken, German is a plus
