Activity

The Department of Finance deals with the financial topics of the Germans Pension insurance Bund. In the department Regress & Claim Management claims for regression in accordance with the civil law for damages/right of transport, Receivables and critical facts in receivables processed.

Your duties

As an expert, you are working in particular on the subject handling of the area Regress together and are for the final assessment and Decision of individual legal questions of regression cases. They lead extrajudicial cases in particularly controversial or difficult cases Regulatory negotiations with the liability insurance companies to discuss legal issues in individual cases. For Task management of receivables also advises you on Legal questions.

• You make the assigned tasks proactive
• You manufacture and draw templates and orders, edit contradictions and decide on precipitation, redundancy and recovery in Asset management behaviour
• You process difficult business incidents during regressions and in connection with debt recovery and Regulatory talks with the Assekuranz
• They take a position on basic questions and take over the Processing of reporting and complaints
• They are involved in work and project groups and support the implementation and maintenance of change processes
• They work with creating and updating business and Work instructions
• You take over lecture activities and training on topics
• You take part in conferences

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed scientific University studies in law (first and second state exams)
• You have a multi-year professional experience in damage regulation and in traffic law
• Knowledge of doctor's liability is desirable
• They are versed in the use of control instruments and Management tools
• You are safe in handling and using MS Office and IT procedures
• they have a safe and sovereign appearance and Negotiating skills and addressable communication skills
