• Control of regional operations in the regions of Kempten, Memmingen, Ulm
• Ensure quality, customer satisfaction and company growth
• recruitment, leadership and training of managers and employees in the regions
• Professional cooperation with external service providers and customers
• Contact partner responsible to the customer
• Creating offers
• Planning and organisation of new objects
• Regular reporting of relevant key figures of your regional companies
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training or business studies
• Multiannual professional experience and leadership experience in a comparable position, like in building cleaning
• Embossed business knowledge and safe handling of the MS Office package
• readiness to travel in the responsible region
• Careful appearance and safe handling of customers
• Class B/3 licence
