Sutthauser Straße 280, 49080 Osnabrück In our legal team, you act in the role of the Legal Business Partner as a legal savings partner and actively accompany projects from the start. You bring your legal expertise into business decisions, take responsibility for contract design and drive negotiations autonomously. In doing so, you combine legal precision with practical results and are thus an integral part of the operating business.

You identify and evaluate risks in construction and planning contracts at an early stage and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solution strategies to actively manage these risks You develop and implement practical contract standards, templates and guidelines that efficiently support business and sustainably reduce legal risks You control external firms targeted and ensure that external expertise is effectively and economically integrated into the corporate strategy You actively shape the legally compliant use of entrepreneurs and develop clear, implementable solutions for operational practice You systematically develop legal know-how in the company by designing target-group-specific trainings and using them in practice You accompany the management as a strategic partner for contract negotiations and actively shape their content

You have a successfully completed second state exam You ideally have several years of professional experience in private building law Building-specific relationships interest you Entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making skills characterize you Your communication strength and your negotiation skills always lead you to thought-oriented and sustainable results You have the ability and joy to convey complex legal issues in a comprehensible, practical and solution-oriented manner Your desire is not only to judge juridically, but also to design You want to introduce yourself to an open-minded, harmonious team with high performance
