Building Managers (m/f/d)

As an employee in building management, you are responsible for the construction and customer-oriented support of the existing properties of the authorities of the State of NRW. You carry out tasks of building management in the operation and management of buildings of administrative capacity (e.g. buildings of financial administration or justice) You take over parts of the operator's responsibility for the properties you serve You are responsible for the retrieval of regular services from framework contracts, as well as credits according to VOB or UVgO for individual requirements and for the processing of the entire process up to the accounting statement You control and check all TGM and IGM services, taking into account cost, quality and time requirements You are responsible for the technical advice of property management for the preparation and implementation of customer discussions, building visits and the annual economic plan and the definition of the required service level agreement for the properties You plan, coordinate and monitor the measures provided for in the economic plan for repairing the property portfolio you are looking for You are responsible for the efficient and customer-oriented handling of measures which are reported on the complaint and disorder statement

You have completed university studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) with the field of architecture, civil engineering, technical facility management, utility technology, building technology/technical building equipment, electrical engineering or in a comparable field or You can successfully complete the state-tested technician/to the state-tested technician or Completion as a master or master in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and a professional experience relevant to at least four years (technician) / five years (master/in) in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates). Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € - approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
