You support the order management of the customer center – locally in the customer center Sindelfingen – in the daily, varied and challenging tasks. Your tasks in detail: Recording and processing of written/telephone appointment requests, appointment requests etc. – Processing of the request in internal booking systems

Consulting our dealers, if necessary End customers, when adding performance packages for vehicle delivery

Preparation of activities by selection in internal IT systems, evaluation of Excel files

In individual cases communication (written/or oral) with end customers. Customer-oriented solution or appropriate forwarding of the request

Evaluation, detection and presentation of key figures using IT systems, MS-Excel

Preparing, sorting and assigning vehicle documents such as registration papers etc.

Introduction: Achieves on-the-job through the team’s employees, mutual support is lived

The necessary specific software can be quickly mastered with normal user knowledge

Occasionally short standardized online trainings

Working time: Up to 20h/week – ideally in the morning, start of work until 8:00. Coordination of working days and duration with further student students

Job: On site in the customer center, Käßbrünnlestr. 25, Sindelfingen. Very easy to reach by train to Böblingen railway station, from there shuttle bus to the customer centre

Large daylight office with max. three other colleagues

Modern PC workstation, 2 monitors, desk height adjustable, headset etc.

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Course in Business Administration or Communication Science

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, in particular Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook

Experience with - or pleasure at - customer contact, call center or similar desirable

User transition with telephone system software
