Garment Technician Technical Work Preparation (m/f/d)

You translate design and product requirements into production-oriented technical documents (e.g. tech packs, work instructions, measurement tables, tolerances, unit lists); optionally create and rework technical drawings (e.g. Adobe Illustrator) You support developers and model makers in the maintenance of technical documents and related systems. You create, maintain and give individual lists (BOM) as well as work schedules free of charge, including operation sequence, setup and presetting times as well as machine and tool allocation. You are responsible for time management and cost calculation (REFA / MTM); You determine periods of employment, working minutes per part and target costs and support price negotiations You control the pattern process, evaluate processing and equal scales and tolerances You take over material and ingredients management in development; Specification and disposition of Trims, Lap Dips / Color Approval in close cooperation with textile technology and purchasing as well as care of material-related master data Manage changes and maintain technical documentation in PLM / ERP over the entire product life cycle

(m/w/d), in clothing engineering, as industrial master (m/w/d) or comparable qualification; As an alternative, you are Schneider-meister (m/w/d) with relevant industrial experience You have professional experience in technical work preparation / industrial engineering, product engineering or production planning in the clothing or textile industry You have well-founded knowledge in sewing technology, processing, material customers, fit and in industrial manufacturing processes You have a safe handling of CAD/PLM/ ERP systems (e.g. Assyst, PLM, SAP) as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, Adobe Illustrator skills are of advantage You ideally have methodological competence in the time economy (REFA / MTM) You have a good understanding of relevant standards and standards You have very good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to travel to production sites and suppliers
