We are looking for you as soon as possible: Projektmanager (m/w/d) In this key position, you take over the operational and disciplinary management of a versatile and multi-layered production area with 60-80 employees. The area includes packaging (skin, blister, double card and full board blister), assembly, blade production and foaming. In addition, the head of hard goods maintenance is directly assigned to you. In order to be able to act at eye level, we will introduce you in detail in every single operation of our production as part of an intensive incorporation.

Operational production planning & material control Feinplanung & Disposition: You plan and dispose of the materials for the mentioned production areas Order control: You plan the utilization of our production facilities and adapt them flexibly to current needs every day. In addition, you control sales orders to vote System maintenance: You carry out material bookings, order bookings and material releases directly in the ERP system as required Personalmanagement & team management Leadership & Development: You lead, motivate and develop a diverse team with different characters and manage the holiday planning for production and maintenance Technology, Security & CVP Maintenance & Detection: You assist in troubleshooting in the warehouse/EHB area and represent the maintenance manager Safety of work: You coordinate the annual PSA tests and the UVV tests of the punches Process optimization: You actively participate in investment projects, develop relevant departmental codes (KPIs) and drive the continuous optimization of our processes

Successfully completed technical training with a further training to the state-tested technician, industrial master or an engineering degree Professional experience: at least 5 to 8 years of sound management experience in a manufacturing company IT competence: Secure and practical knowledge in handling ERP systems (your daily tool for bookings and disposition) Personality: You are strong, responsive and have the necessary backbone to act consistently against internal and external resistances. You have a pronounced fingertip feeling in dealing with different characters and understand how to form a diverse team into a unity A structured, process-oriented way of working and a high quality awareness
