Specialist Security Technology & Video Surveillance (m/f/d)

You continuously plan and develop our intrusion systems in the markets and properties. You control alarm, escalation and reaction processes and act as a central interface to control centers and external service providers. You plan, operate and optimize video surveillance systems taking into account the GDPR and all data protection regulations. You also take over the implementation of purpose binding, erasure periods and documentation obligations. You build standardised security processes and document them, for example standard operating procedures, as well as alarm and incident processes. You develop rollout and standardization concepts for our markets and implement them together with internal teams. You support the construction department in the planning, repair and maintenance of fire detection and alarm technology and accompany the removal of defects from SV tests. You coordinate and monitor external inverters, service partners and specialist companies and ensure quality and timely implementation.

You have completed studies or training in electrical engineering, communications technology, industrial engineering (with safety focus) or are technicians/masters (electro/information technology). You bring several years of experience in security technology or technical building equipment, including independent supervision of systems such as intrusion systems, video surveillance or fire detection technology. You have experience in cooperation with service providers, control bodies, authorities and internal interfaces and can communicate technical topics in a comprehensible manner. You work structured and process-oriented, think analytic and implement solutions in practice. You communicate clearly, are enforceable and pragmatic in the implementation of safety and technology processes. You have a high awareness of data protection, compliance and regulatory requirements and act accordingly. VdS courses (EMA/BMA), project management skills or experience in retail and branch structures are of advantage, but no compelling prerequisites.
