For our team at Stuttgart, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne and Frankfurt we are looking for you as Senior/Consultant Corporate Control / Finance/ Controlling (m/w/d) You can answer this with us: Corporate Control & Performance Management: You develop tailor-made control models for our medium-sized customers and accompany their implementation. In doing so, you define reportings, income and contribution accounting calculations as well as the underlying data structures (from cost types to profit centers and cost centers). Your goal is to create more transparency, better decision bases and more effective corporate governance through modern planning and control processes. Finance Transformation: As a professional contact person, you actively promote the digitization and automation of financial processes. In addition, you design modern, high-performance finance organizations, from the first concept to the successful implementation. With efficient inventory recordings and sound analyses, you can identify the maturity of financial functions and identify optimization potentials based on Best Practices, from which you can identify clear recommendations for action for our customer. Project and Stakeholder Management: You participate in challenging CFO projects and take a key role at the interface between finance, departments, IT and external partners. You moderate workshops, accompany decision-making processes and drive themes forward independently. Take responsibility for work packages or (partial) projects and ensure their successful implementation.

We look forward to this: A successfully completed master's degree in the field of BWL, Finance, Economics or a comparable degree course with deeper emphasis in the financial or controlling environment. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in management or in-house consulting with focus on finance, complemented by practical experience in the field of financial controlling or in the line (FI/CO) of a company. Outstanding knowledge in corporate management, in particular cost and income accounting, planning and forecasting, accounting, KPI models and the development of control logics. Detectable experience in successful projects for the further development of corporate management and finance organisations. Design will, high initiative as well as passion for successful and partnership cooperation with customers, specialist areas and project teams in the middle class. Advantages: Good system understanding, especially for SAP S/4HANA data structures and value flows (or comparable ERP systems) as well as first user knowledge in CPM solutions such as Lucanet, xP&A or comparable tools.
