With the SüdOstLink, modern power converter systems and STATCOM technology, 50Hertz in Wolmirstedt creates the conditions for transporting large quantities of renewable energy safely in the future and at the same time ensuring the stability of the electricity grid in northern and eastern Germany. In the field of secondary technology, I take responsibility for the reliable operation of the technical building equipment (TGA) as well as associated secondary equipment in our HGÜ and FACTS systems. Together with internal and external partners, I provide a safe and high-quality plant operation. My tasks: ensuring the operability and permanent availability of TGA, in particular ventilation, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, expert control of test groups and conducting tests and functional samples to individual components; Participation in factory testing (Factory Acceptance Tests) and accompanying commissioning, parameterizing and operating components and plant parts; detection, analysis and elimination of disturbances to auxiliary installations of the buildings and to HGÜ and FACTS installations; coordinate and document maintenance, repair and project measures; quality assurance for new and remodeling projects and accompaniment of decreases, participation in cross-disciplinary working groups and cooperation with our regional facility management, Participation in the standby system after the incorporation.
