As part of the transfer of employees, we are looking for an appointment planner (m/w/d) for a project application at our customer in Altbach.

♪ Your future responsibilities

• Function as an interface between Lead Site Scheduler and Site Team for all issues related to scheduling in the project
• Create and update project schedules (focus PRIMAVERA P6)
• Track project schedules in PRIMAVERA P6
• Create and maintain dependencies between different project schedules
• Support of coordination with project management, subcontractors and customers
• Participation in daily/weekly coordination meetings
• Examination and maintenance of project progress information (desired / actual comparison), Critical-Path analyses
• Reporting (evaluation, presentation of fixed indicators)
• Subsequent management

Your profile

• Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual experience in scheduling and knowledge in project management
• Good knowledge of PRIMAVERA, MS Project, MS Office
• Very good English knowledge, German knowledge of advantage
• Very good team and communication skills
• Target-oriented, timely, reliable and independent operation
