To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner Logistics (m/w/d). As a central point of contact for managers at our logistics locations, you process personal-relevant processes, develop and optimize HR processes, analyze key figures and support Azubis and trainers.

You are a contact person: for our managers at our logistics locations, you have an open ear for their concerns

You take over the administrative processing of all the executives related operations along the Employee Lifecycle

You are constantly developing, implementing and improving our HR processes and always have our HR strategy in mind

The analysis and interpretation of personal economic indicators as well as the derivation of recommendations for action are also part of your tasks

You convey themes of our employees across departments and thus promote the exchange of information

Trustful and cooperative cooperation with our works councils is a matter of course for you

You stand by our trainees and trainers in the logistics locations with advice and action

By designing and implementing new HR projects, you drive the development of the team

You enjoy communicating with people, a good feeling for different situations and enjoy working with different target groups

You have successfully completed economic studies with a focus on staff or comparable training, and preferably have already gained first experience in the above-mentioned areas of work.

Ideally, you have practical knowledge in German labour law, the Business Constitution Act and the GDPR

You are interested in the diverse HR topics and brings passion for personal work with you

You are used to work independently and purposefully and bring you into the team with a big initiative

Optionally, you get first experiences with our HRMS software Workday or comparable software
