Lean Specialist (m/f/d)

You will further develop our newly introduced continuous improvement program (KVP) as a central component of our lean transformation. You optimize processes and promote a culture in which changes are lived. You plan and moderate Kaizen events, workshops and trainings that create real added value. You develop roadmaps and anchor Lean methods in all business areas. You coach executives and teams in Lean practices and enable them to improve sustainably. You identify best practices and ensure their implementation and measurable success. You're on the move at our locations to drive improvement initiatives everywhere.

You'll bring well-founded knowledge of Lean methods (e.g. Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, 5S). Six Sigma know-how is a plus. You have several years of experience in the introduction of lean methods and in the management of improvement projects. You have a comprehensive process understanding in all business areas You are passionate about strong communication, coaching qualities and hands‐on mentality. You are safe to use MS Office and work structured and solution-oriented.
