Mechanic in prototype construction (m/f/d)

Your judgement from the workshop goes directly back to the construction and makes the subsequent series product better.

Due to the internal development of two team members, we are looking for two full-time full-time jobs at our company headquarters in Bad Oldesloe for the next possible date.

Production of individual parts, assembly and welding assemblies, function patterns and prototypes according to the drawing specifications. Mechanical machining of components by turning, milling and drilling as well as welding in various methods. Production of test setups and test benches based on sketches and in direct coordination with the design. Assembly of subassemblies according to drawing including covering of errors and deviations. Documentation of errors and deficiencies in drawings, project lists and in the ticket system as feedback to the design. Bringing your own ideas into the project team for the further development of the concepts up to series maturity.

Complete technical training, for example for industrial mechanic, manufacturing mechatronics, mechatronics or land and construction mechatronics (m/w/d), as well as a driving licence of at least class B, also BE. Professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in machine or agricultural machinery, as well as real interest in technology. Safe in mounting according to drawing, including covering errors and deviations. Experience in welding several methods, in mechanical processing or in hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus, as well as a welding license. German knowledge at least on level C1 in word and writing. In the team you work hand in hand: You speak things openly, listen to and see where a helping hand is needed. Your opinion is open even if it goes against the electricity. If the joint decision is taken, move along, even beyond departmental boundaries.
