Our client is a leading medium-sized trading company. At the closest possible time, we are looking for the Head of Financial Accounting / Accounting (m/w/d). Description Professional and disciplinary leadership of an approximately 20-member team Responsibility for debitor, creditor accounting and master data management Control and optimization of debitor processes and payment transactions Responsibility for dunning, debt management and debt collection and legal cases Ensuring efficient accounting processes and continuous digitization/automatization Development of structures, processes and team organisation Cooperation with Main Accounting, Controlling and Other Areas

Completed studies or commercial training with a focus on financial and accounting or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in accounting with first or multi-year leadership experience Knowledge of debitor and creditor accounting and receivable management Experience in process optimization and digitization of financial processes Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Designed leadership, communication and organizational skills High level of implementation and hands-on mentality Team-oriented personality with a valuable and binding leadership style
