You are at home in your sales area, bring a high level of readiness to travel and always trade in the sense of the company and for the benefit of our customers. Your sales experience in pharmacy, OTC or FMCG has taught you to understand the needs of our customers. With your pronounced communication strength and your sensitivity, you convince on the whole line. Your work is characterised by your own initiative and structure: you plan and organize your tasks independently and always keep an overview in complex projects. You can master new challenges flexibly and confidently by meeting sound decisions – even in dynamic and rapidly changing situations. Strategic and conceptual thinking belong to your strengths as well as a pronounced understanding of numbers. Your profile is complemented by training or studying in commercial or medical fields, combined with at least three years of professional experience in sales.

You take the responsibility for sales in your region (Dessau, Dresden, Halle, Leipzig, Lutherstadt Wittenberg) and successfully implement defined goals together with your regional sales manager, sales manager and marketing. With your empathic personality, you meet our pharmacy customers at eye level, keep customer relationships and build new ones. In order to expand our distribution network, you will support the customer relationships entrusted to you in a partnership and sustainable manner. You implement innovative ideas to strengthen our market position and expand our contribution, to heal wounds affordable.
