Team Leader Co-Therapy for our youth area in Prien am Chiemsee (m/f/d)

The Schön Klinik Roseneck, part of the Schön Klinik Group, with the locations Prien am Chiemsee and Rosenheim as well as a daily clinic in Prien, is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics in Germany with 720 beds. Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. To support the team, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) of the co-therapy for our youth area at the next possible time.

Leadership and team development: You are the first contact person for your team, accompany the co-rapists professionally and support their professional development through motivation, guidance and promotion. Personnel responsibility and planning: You take over the personnel management for the associated areas as well as the personnel, deployment and holiday planning that is appropriate for your needs. Therapeutic quality assurance: You ensure the quality of co-therapeutic work in day-to-day treatment and are a contact person in challenging patient situations. Interprofessional cooperation: You promote and strengthen interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups and departments and act as an important interface. Project and concept work: You participate in projects, take over project management and participate in the curricular work as part of the PSO association of the Schön Kliniken. Further development of co-therapy: You actively shape the development of co-therapy with a future-oriented leadership and psychosomatic understanding.

You have completed training as a health and nursing worker or health caregiver, nurse or nurse caregiver or nurse caregiver. You bring interest and motivation for leadership tasks; first leadership experiences and experiences in the psychosomatic field are desirable, but no prerequisite. You have a good organizational understanding of cross-departmental processes and act structured and forward-looking. You have a high level of professional and social competence and also occur in challenging situations in a safe, valuable and solution-oriented manner. You like to work interprofessionally and understand themselves as a connecting interface between co-therapy, care, doctors and therapists. You show openness for innovative concepts and have the pleasure of developing the co-therapy in the youth field strategically and in terms of content.
