You are responsible for the operational control of several companies or Business areas and provide a reliable basis for sound decisions. Specifically, this means: implementation of monthly financial reporting/consolidation work in Lucanet Independent plausibility and quality assurance of the financial data used, in particular clarification of deviations with the relevant finance, accounting and operational contact persons Independent creation, maintenance and timely provision of monthly reporting as well as development of address-oriented PowerPoint presentations and finance comments for business reviews and management meetings Creation and monitoring of cash flow planning and monthly liquidity forums Implementation of annual budget and sub-year forecast processes Analysis of actual, budget, forecast and year-on-year data as well as identification of significant deviations and trends as well as the development of understandable causes analyses and first action advice for the technical coordination Implementation of personnel control (HR reporting, personnel planning, key number monitoring) Development of key number systems and control instruments Working with transformation, digitization and optimization projects in the financial sector

You have successfully completed a study of BWL, economics or a comparable subject with a focus on finance or controlling. Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a group or group structure, can be demonstrated. Planning, forecasting and reporting are safe and have a pronounced number affinity as well as analytical and conceptual strength. With ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, BI tools and Excel, you'll be sure to go around. An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you. You can communicate excellently in German in word and writing (at least C1). Good English skills are also advantageous.
