Compilation of financial analyses, reports and forecasts for management and specialist departments Cost, budget and liquidity planning as well as target-actual analyses for different business areas Development and optimization of controlling processes and instruments Support for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Analysis of contracts for profitability and investment Economic calculations for real estate investment Support of management in strategic business planning Cooperation with other departments for optimising operational processes and cost structures Creation of ad hoc analyses and reports to support corporate governance

Complete study of business management, ideally focusing on controlling, finance or real estate management Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in the real estate or service sector Secure handling of ERP systems, MS Excel and controlling software Knowledge in real estate management is advantageous Embossed analytical thinking and affinity for numbers Self-employed work and a pronounced communication skills Loyalty, discretion and trusting handling of confidential information German language skills in word and writing
