You step by step or according to your experience take on the independent care of our apartment owners communities. These include in particular: Commercial and organisational support of housing owners communities Contact person for owners, advisers, service providers and craft companies Preparation, implementation and refurbishment of owner meetings Implementation and follow-up of decisions taken Coordination of maintenance and repair measures Collection and testing of offers and commissioning of service providers Processing of current correspondence Cooperation with internal and external contacts Ensuring reliable and service-oriented care of our owner communities

Ideally, you have a commercial training in real estate or have already gained experience in real estate, house or WEG management. More important than a perfect CV are, however, a structured and independent way of working, sense of responsibility and joy in dealing with people. Even if you are working as a real estate businessman, property manager or in the lease management and want to further develop towards WEG administration, we are pleased to receive your application.
