Master Shipbuilding (m/f/d)

Development, implementation and control of measures to increase safety at work in SFF Discipline management of employees:in addition to ensuring the availability of staff and resources Responsibility for the appointment of components and construction sections to be completed, including employee deployment and fine control planning, as well as control of the assigned production orders Design and management of a continuous improvement process for all activities in coordination with internal, cross-cutting and external interfaces Implementation of measures for specification, selection, production and procurement of all necessary tools as well as implementation of Shop-Floor and 6S activities

Successfully completed:r Master:in the field of shipbuilding, industry, welding skills or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in shipbuilding in an international group as well as detectable first experience in the management of employees:inside (e.g. certificates, SNK course, LCP modules for executives or comparable evidence) Embossed conceptual skills, strong communication skills and high design result orientation
