Portfolio Manager - Infrastructure and Transport Finance (m/f/d)

Active support of the infrastructure financing portfolio including ongoing project and credit monitoring (including Waiver, Prolongations, Agency, External Project Meetings) as well as identification of yield and RWA optimization potentials, incl. testing of placement options Sales-oriented portfolio management: Use of the portfolio for customer retention, increase customer satisfaction and development of cross-selling approaches in close cooperation with customer supporters, specialist consultants and syndication Maintain the relevant control and customer data and ensure complete and transparent documentation of the financing documents Cooperation with product and process developments in the context of portfolio management, including introduction of ideas for process optimization, input to business and risk management planks, and creation of portfolio analyses for management Market and competition observation as well as active networking with relevant market participants, including participation in specialist events Active cooperation in the group, department and in the field, life of an open feedback culture and close cooperation with market success, syndication and further interfaces

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable bank-based training with relevant additional qualification Funded knowledge of cash flow-based financing and, if necessary, asset-based lending as well as ability to independently process complex engagements Multiannual portfolio management experience in structured financing, preferably in infrastructure or project financing Embossed customer orientation combined with a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and business sense Independent, structured working, good time management as well as team play, high readiness for use and solution orientation Agiles Mindset and Openness for Changes Very good MS Office identifiers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) German and English in word and writing at least at level C1, ideally with experience in international projects and contract negotiations
