As an operating management, even in active use, you ensure a technically perfect operating day-to-day business, guide the team with clarity and appreciation and establish structures that carry in everyday life. Operational management & organisation: You are responsible for the safe, smooth and gas-oriented operation of the bathing and sauna landscape and create clear responsibilities, reliable procedures and comprehensible decision-making procedures. Guided tour & personnel: You lead the teams into swimming pool, sauna, technology, cash register, cleaning and courses, continue to develop cooperation and provide stability in day-to-day business with predictive deployment and shift planning. Technology, Safety & Quality: You bear the overriding responsibility for the technical operational readiness of the entire property, for water quality, hygiene, operational and traffic safety as well as for compliance with bath-specific regulations and standards. Maintenance & Partner Control: You plan, prioritize and control maintenance, audits, audits and maintenance and modernization measures and coordinate external specialist companies and service providers. Guest orientation & further development: You develop offers, service quality and guest experience and, together with the management, the municipal works and other partners, implement organizational and economic improvements in a practical way.

You are masters of bathing facilities (m/w/d) or have a comparable qualification from business, leisure, tourism, hotel industry or bath management, ideally with well-founded practice experience in bathing. You lead to appreciation, clear, binding and with genuine interest in people. You are also delighted to develop and promote employees. You are familiar with reliable personnel deployment and shift planning and also provide the willingness to participate in the remunerated call services. You know the technical, hygienic and safety-relevant requirements of a bath operation and can organize, monitor and prioritize maintenance measures professionally. You act service-oriented in the sense of the guests and have current resilience as well as valid first-aid knowledge, including heart-lung recovery.
