• They are responsible for the implementation of outpatient care and nursing, including early and late social care.
• Your tasks include the application and implementation of the structured information collection (SIS) and action planning as well as evaluation.
• They carry out basic and treatment care according to the care standards/performance descriptions.
• A safe handling of drugs and anesthesia is of great importance for the well-being of our clients and daily guests.
• In both facilities, precise electronic care documentation as well as careful service transfer is one of your tasks.
• Care is teamwork and for this reason you work well with the nursing services and other people and institutions involved in care (especially HWD, social services, pastoral care, physiotherapy, treating doctors).
