The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the health care plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and apprenticeship hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, more than 4,500 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. For the Urological Clinic we are now looking for an employeein for the function of the ''Fast Track Managerin'' in full time / part-time (work time in the 5-day week).

Working with the introduction of Fast Track Surgery at our clinic Enlightenment of patients with necessary and gene-promoting behaviour before surgery with patient training to be carried out independently Informing patients about the patient's intended behaviour after surgery Networking of the participating professional groups Documentation Leading statistics

A completed vocational training in a nursing profession, completion as a Physician Assistant, Surgical Technical Assistant or a more comparable conclusion Experience in urology or surgery is provided Very good communication skills Self-initiative and self-employment willingness to give independent lectures and carry out patient training Empathy, friendly ways of dealing and respectful behavior Collaboration readiness, team capacity, flexibility and resilience Willingness to continue and further education Good knowledge of documentation and clinical computer systems
