In this position, you will not only lead a dedicated team, but will actively contribute to the strategic development of important IT control areas. You work closely with management and are part of central decision-making processes. Leadership & team organisation: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and control the group along our corporate goals – you always have a great deal in mind. Responsibility & further development: In your area – including IT controlling, IT personnel management, skills and resource management as well as provider management as well as key figures and reporting Ensure smooth operation and introduce fresh ideas for further development. Coordination & Cooperation: You agree closely with other computer science teams and the department to optimally control products and services. Communication & Management Reporting: You are the first respondent to the upper management when it comes to personnel and material cost planning – including regular reporting. Project Participation & Strategy work: Whether projects, measures or pre-studies – you bring your experience and actively participate. Processes & Interface Management: You define and document processes and responsibilities in your unit and at the interfaces to other areas. Flexibility & special tasks: Individual or short-term tasks are also addressed with commitment and solution competence.

Background: You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business Informatics. Professional experience & leadership skills: You bring multi-year professional practice – ideally in controlling functions of the insurance industry – and have already successfully managed teams. Control & Controlling: You think entrepreneurial, understand economic relationships and are fit in the (cost) controlling and in planning processes. Project & organizational experience: You have already been involved in organizational projects and know what the implementation is about. Communication & occurrence: You convince with a safe, professional appearance – both in German and in English. Presentations and moderations are easy to get from your hand. Working & posture: You work structured, analytical, creative – and work with your own initiative and clear priorities. You are team-oriented, strong to enforce and act forward-looking. Innovation readiness & future orientation: You bring openness to think new ways, develop processes and actively shape changes.
