Real estate agent – focus on residential real estate sales (m/f/d)

We are an owner-operated real estate company with locations in Munich and Kaiserslautern. For over 20 years we have been providing high-quality residential properties with clear processes, structured working methods and high quality standards. To support our sales, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality for the Kaiserslautern, Donnersbergkreis and Südliche Weinstraße region.

In this position, you take over the distribution of our residential properties and serve buyers throughout the entire sales process. Your tasks in detail: • Care of buyers from initial contact to completion • Coordination and execution of visits • Preparation and preparation of exhibits and sales documents • Organization and control of the entire sales process • Conducting structured consultancy and sales talks • Care and documentation of interested parties and object data The focus of your activity is entirely in sales. The acquisition of objects is not part of this position.
