Floristry Instructor

More than 380 employees in the bbw Südhessen are strongly committed to finding their place in the job and in society with support needs. As an instructor*in floristik, you instruct our participants from the training according to the training framework plan professionally in the area of floristics and prepare them independently for their examinations. To accompany our participants in the best possible way, you work regularly with other trainers. You will start offerings for professional orientation and preparation, provide our participants with key work-world-related qualifications and social competencies and work on individual funding planning and development documentation. You can bring your creativity and organizational talent in a creative way, e.g. in the planning and execution of excursions.

You have several years of professional experience and ideally a master's degree in the area of floristry. Your own initiative and service orientation are a matter of course for you. You already bring an instructor skills or are ready to purchase them. The communication of your knowledge and practical experience as well as the use of digital media will make you happy. As an organizational and communication talent, you can take the initiative and identify yourself with our mission to enable young people to start their own lives.
