Rosenheim Step by step to sales professional Our six-month trainee program enables practical training as an Associate Account Manager:in You learn from experienced sales team:inside and Recruiter, you have the opportunity to hop into three to four branches in the Bavaria region During our trainee program, you will gain valuable practical know-how in the following activities: active customer acquisition, customer support and care, support of selection discussions of our future technical staff: Strong employer services for a steep career Attractive career prospects and talent management - at us you start directly from the pole position Great variety of projects and cooperation with renowned customers Individual mentoring and development programs of the FERCHAU Academy, such as participation in the 2-week sales camp with extensive sales training or communication coaching with an external consultant Support by an open team with duz culture, strong team spirit & employee events Unlimited employment contract and 30 days holiday Participation in success after six months and privately usable service cars Flexibility through the possibility of Remote Work (1 day/week)
