Nursing educator (m/f/d)

Be with heart and shape. For our new nursing school at the site in Delmenhorst we are looking for a nursing education:in full-time (40 h/week). Your tasks include: You are open to learning guidance in self-organized learning (SOL) and effectively accompany learners in self-organization, learning strategies and competence building. You create theoretical and practical learning opportunities: competence-oriented, transparent and with clear criteria. You carry out transparent, competency-oriented performance and participate in the final exams. You regularly conduct study stand talks, participate in review formats and make individual learning consultations. You promote self-responsibility by allowing freedoms within clear rules, in the sense of liability, performance requirements and documentation. You like to work in a team at the site: joint planning (e.g. colored schedule/structural phases), tuning and mutual hospitations/feedback are expected. You will participate in the construction work by developing materials, standards, routines, testing/learning control and location quality. We expect you to take responsibility for learning processes, quality and team culture.

You share our enthusiasm to support people in expanding their professional skills and also bring a high level of commitment and learning and joy to work in the team. WHAT WHAT? You have a Master's degree or a Master's degree or a Master's degree in nursing professions prior to 2020. You have a successfully completed vocational training in a basic nursing profession or health profession. You represent an attitude as a learning guide: You are turned and clear and take learners in responsibility instead of “winning”. You have great educational strengths: competence orientation, structuring, clear tasks and good learning materials. You trade and communicate value-estimating, transparent and consistent and are professional in dealing with heterogeneity. You are reliable in documentation, agreements and standards: You work clean and comprehensible. You can handle unfinished, pack up and improve gradually. You bring joy in material development (case/learning situations, source work, digital learning environments) and cross-site exchange. Oh, my God. You have experience with SOL/self-controlled learning formats, learning coaching, competence star or can logic. With us you will be picked up into the concept by a basic qualification, accompanied by our SOL Lernmaster®.
