Junior Project Manager (m|w|d) Job ID 77305 | Location Heidenheim | Start now Your tasks Within the “Corporate Strategic Procurement Strategy & Methods” department, you support the strategic transformation in the area of Purchasing, as well as process harmonisation in relation to the purchasing processes of Group Divisions and Regions. You work in close coordination with the purchasing departments of all Group Divisions and Regions. In terms of the strategic transformation of shopping, you will design:

• The project structure and establish the comprehensive project architecture for the transformation.
• You develop a detailed, wave-based implementation roadmap, define milestones and take over the tracking and reporting of the project progress. You conduct an initial analysis of existing shopping processes and structures, create process mappings and identify step-by-step optimization potentials.
• You will participate in the new conception and implementation of various sub-processes in purchasing (e.g. the introduction of a new clustering of material groups across all divisions, the development of a new Operational Procurement HUB concept, etc.).
• You accompany the pilot implementation for selected new processes and concepts. Your profile You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business management, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject. Ideally, you have first practical experience in strategic purchasing, supply chain management or project management. You are thrilled for transformation projects and the development of efficient processes in the international shopping environment. You bring analytical and conceptual skills with you and you are delighted to develop complex relationships. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with project management are of advantage. Communication strength, team skills and a quick understanding characterize you as well as your ability to move in a global network.
